I thought it might be nice to share a bit about the books that I’m currently reading or getting ready to read. Lord willing, I will get better at posting quotes and/or comments from each of the books as I read them. #1 Serve God Save The Planet by J. That's whom I'm talking about. You see, two nights ago we had dinner with a wonderful couple in Sweet who's son is a locksmith by night, programmer by day. That got me to thinking (never mind that cold [...] A NIV Exhaustive Concordance. That's all I wanted – not some 19th century German theological writings (which, incidentally, they didn't have either)… but the point being is that our local "Christian" book store does not carry a NIV Exhaustive Concordance. If you want an updated 1890 concordance based upon the 1611 King James Bible? [...] I had a meeting this afternoon with a member of our church about the possibility of teaching an energy efficiency class to members of the community! The class would be based out of our church's food pantry facility and would be offered every twelve to ten weeks. This is an answer to a year [...] Sunday evening we hosted a movie night / discussion at our church about climate change. We started by watching the film “The Great Warming” – a wonderful documentary about the changing weather patterns in the world. Unlike the “Inconvenient Truth”, “The Great Warming” has a positive feel to it – showing that even though [...] We all have seen pictures of "funny" church signs – however, has you ever seen funny church signs from the United Kingdom? Ha, I thought not!! Well, here is your chance to see funny church signs from the United Kingdom. Don't weep too loud – the pain only last a minute.
